Consultation
Our team of experts travel to wherever your boat may be to provide a FREE Estimate. We educate our clients as to why SeaDek is the best product in the industry and help you choose which Color, Pattern, and Custom Features are right for you and your boat. Enjoy the convenience of top-tier service at no additional cost.
Scan
We use a digital scanning technology to capture all of the custom features on your boat. We template every proiect from scratch and precisely measure to cover more than just the molded nonskid on your floor. No big gaps or offsets to ensure the most custom and precise fit!
Design & Fabrication
Our design team uses CAD software to bring your vision to life, incorporating your selected custom features and providing a detailed PDF rendering for review. Once approved, your design moves into production, where our CNC machines craft your SeaDek kit with precision. Finally, our quality control team ensures every detail meets our high standards, delivering a product tailored to your needs.
Installation
All surfaces are carefully prepped to guarantee a long-lasting bond with our very own Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA). Each piece is then applied to the deck of your boat using our peel and stick paper backing. Once completed, a floor roller is used to ensure strongest adherence to your boat and that all edges are sealed. Now our job is complete and your boat is ready to enjoy!
